Harsh brings more than 30 years’ experience in entrepreneurial business leadership. He believes that management is a noble profession because of its ability to influence so many. Harsh’s passage into Academics is preceded by a professional career replete with examples of resilience and creating humanistic values at work. He was deeply involved in various functional realms, including Business Development, Customer Satisfaction and Allegiance, Operational Excellence, Engineering and Manufacturing, CSR, Sales and Procurement, Strategic Partnerships, Change and Crisis Management, which helped him mold him as a business leader.

Prof. Kajal Agrawal

Programme Coordinator - BCA & Associate Professor - IT & Analytics

She has blended academic and entrepreneurial experience of 20 + years. She has taught engineering students across Maharashtra and has extensive knowledge of programming languages, basic-core subjects of computer engineering with deep commitment in teaching. She is currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering from MGM University in Data Mining. She has extensive experience in handling the projects of engineering students.

Pratap Dhopte is a first generation entrepreneur and a technocrat. He is currently managing the Excelize group of companies, which provide architectural & engineering services to domestic and overseas firms. Pratap's experience working with top IT companies brings a strong technical foundation to Excelize. Under his entrepreneurial leadership, Excelize has rapidly grown as a global engineering services firm providing services to some of the top real estate and infrastructure firms in US, UK, Qatar, Australia and India.

Prof. (Dr.) Preeti Sharma

Associate Professor - IT & Analytics

20+ years of academic experience and is a Fellow from NITIE Mumbai. She has conducted MDPs on Big Data and Hadoop Technology and FDPs on Text Analytic, Research Methodologies and tools like SPSS and AMOS. She specializes in multivariate data analysis methods like exploratory factor analysis (EFA) and Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) and has published research papers in various International journals.

She is a Fellow Cost Accountant (FCMA) and Fellow Company Secretary (FCS). She has worked as a Strategic Cost Consultant and compliance advisor to some of the wellknown companies in Maharashtra. She has a blended academic and corporate experience of more than 7 years. She is currently associated with 2 BSE listed companies as an Independent Director. She specializes in FinTech, Corporate Governance, CSR and ESG.
