Nath group has also extended its horizon by establishing Mega Food Park near Aurangabad, Maharashtra. Mega Food Park provides state of the art, integrated infrastructure for food processing industries.

Nath Group Aurangabad is also having an industrial unit for manufacturing value-added paper & boards in Aurangabad & Vapi (Gujarat) with a product mix of Absorbent Kraft, High Strength Core Boards, Base paper for Laminates, Tissue and Thermal Paper.

It has a manufacturing complex at Vapi producing Sulphur based industrial chemicals, mainly Sulphuric acid, Oleum, Chlorosulphonic acid, Thionyl Chloride and Linear Alkyl Benzene Sulphonic Acid (LABSA).

N. Kagliwal Education and Research Foundation is a social, not-for-profit initiative of Shri Nandkishor Kagliwal, Founder Chairman of Nath Group, a first-generation entrepreneur having done his M.S. from USA. Shri Kagliwal returned to his roots in India to contribute to the development of Marathwada region in Maharashtra State.

The vision of the foundation is to develop a world-class, state-of-the-art multidisciplinary institution. The group's vision resonates with the National Education Policy 2020 (NEP 2020) and believes in the empowerment of students to create a holistic, ethically, and socially sensitized society.
